Corporate Maintenance LLC’s quality control utilizes several layers of quality checks. Our supervisor are directly involved with the cleaning program. The custodial staff is required to perform an inspection on their own work after completion and a lead custodian will inspect their work.

Corporate Maintenance LLC is committed to quality. Quality control works to ensure consistency and that a quality cleaning job is performed at your facility. Our quality controls are as follows:

• Daily inspection by lead custodians
• Monthly Quality Assurance inspections
• Random unscheduled inspections
